2017 – After30+ wonderful years owning our own office, we sold our Coldwell Banker Franchise and location on Main Street Dorset; however we continue to work here in Dorset. We have not gone away and we continue to work here in Dorset full time! The Market has shifted tremendously where the “bricks and mortar” are not needed as in years past. After the sale, we joined a sister Company which has 7 Offices from Toronto to Orillia with a Sales Hub in Bracebridge and has over 175 Agents. The owners are very good friends of Terri and myself! They are very progressive and Very Supportive – always there to help to allow Us to Provides the Best Possible Services to Our Clients. “Team Wiley” is a force to be reckoned with here in Dorset – knowledgeable, confident, willing to go the extra mile and respected by our friends and clients. We LOVE what we do!
March 2020 – Along comes the Covid Pandemic which has lasted much longer than anyone could predict. This was the demise of the Cottage Life Show for 2 years, but Potential Buyers and Sellers knew how to reach us – by email, phone, website. Further, to do with Covid has been the sharp change in Market with minimal to no inventory – Huge Demand and Tremendous Spikes in Sale Prices!
